The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm with a nationally presence that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Personal Injury department, it is now seeking to appoint a Portal Fee Earner to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1+ year experience of Fee Earning on Personal Injury cases on the OIC and MOJ portals. You will be familiar with the Proclaim case management system and be able to advance cases to and through litigation to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
The Candidate
- Personal Injury Portal Fee Earner with at least 1 year experience
- Proclaim case management system experience is desirable
- Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
- Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts
