Scientist - Molecular Biology x 2

ERS are very pleased to offer a new role with one of our established clients in the industrial biotechnology and sustainability community. Members of The Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre, they conduct contract manufacturing services for the betterment of environmental sustainability and human health.
They are recruiting for 2 Molecular Biologists, with an interest in developing your career within this space. Entry level MSc graduates will be considered with this role, with the ideal candidates having 1 - 2 years industry experience under their belt.
Additionally, one position is more senior - targeted at PhD graduates or more experienced candidates.
Key Requirements: -
- A BSc or a MSc or PhD in Molecular Biology/Biochemistry/Industrial Biotechnology (or similar subject)
- Knowledge and experience in molecular biology techniques
- Knowledge and experience of recombinant protein purification and analysis methods
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Experience in working under a QMS is desirable
- Knowledge and experience in enzyme biochemistry
- Experience in Microbiology/Fermentation
