We’re looking for a Scrum Master to join our Morrisons Technology team who are based at our head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. You’ll be responsible for managing the workload of the Online Groceries / Store Pick integration development team who are delivering Digital Customer Experience initiatives . This role would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in a scrum environment previously, either as a Scrum Master or in a technical role.

- Technical background to be able to work effectively with the development team.
- Passionate about scrum and agile ways of working.
- Previous experience working in a large and fast paced organisation.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Resourceful and proactive, with creative problem solving skills.
- Credible influencing and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Ensuring that the teams are able to deliver the agreed sprint backlog items by helping remove any impediments, coaching the teams, leading sprint ceremonies that are positive and productive .
- Working closely with the Product Owner and Scrum team to define the deliverables for each sprint.
- Working with other colleagues to identify and resolve inter-team dependencies.
