Mortgage And Protection Administrator Job In London

An award winning Wealth Management firm are now looking for a Mortgage and Protection Administrator to join their team.

The role has become available due to growth within the business and is a great opportunity to join a firm offering a great culture, in an exciting development period.

Key Responsibilities may include;

• Submitting and processing mortgage, protection and equity release business
• Liaise with product providers to ensure all applications are received and completed, and attend to any outstanding requirements
• Preparation and sending of documentation
• Produce suitability letters for the Mortgage Advisor
• Maintain the mortgage department’s resource library
• Ensure acceptance terms and mortgage offers are received as promptly as possible, and check these against applications/illustrations
• Submit applications with relevant Money Laundering requirements and any other supporting documentation

The role offers full training, exam support and career development. The ideal candidate will have existing Mortgage Administration experience.
