Job Description
The main duties of the role will include:
- Working on behalf of some amazing vehicle manufacturers across the world from BMW through to Tesla.
- Speaking to customers to support them through their warranty claim including processing documentation accordingly.
- Ensuring that an excellent standard of service is delivered at all times.
- Achieving team targets daily and recording all customer information onto the system accurately.
- Identifying and initiating potential recoveries from 3rd parties.
- Applying and maintaining product and technical knowledge relating to the automotive brands represented.
- Sharing with colleagues any product or technical developments and issues that have been made aware of.
- Handling all regulated complaints within the FCA complaint guidelines.
