The Role
This is a superb opportunity to join an established law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to both businesses and individuals.
The firm is recognised for its outstanding client care and Motor work, among other highly regarded practice areas.
Due to the development and expansion of the firm, they are now seeking to appoint an experienced Motor Solicitor, dealing with a varied caseload of litigated Motor Injury, Fraud and Credit Hire. The work is for both large insurers and self-insured corporate clients.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Solicitor experienced in running their own caseload of Motor files as well as appearing in the Sheriff Court.
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Motor cases
- Experience appearing in the Sheriff Court
- Supervisory Experience
- Successful in building client relationships
- Ability to liaise with clients, court and experts confidently
- Ability to manage and prioritise a varied caseload and meet set deadlines
- Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
