Our globally recognised building consultancy client are currently seeking a highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing building surveying projects, conducting inspections, preparing reports, and providing technical advice to clients.

This role is perfect if you are looking for autonomy to run your own projects and deal with clients directly on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Management/Contract Admin responsibilities on projects up to circa £3m
- Conduct inspections and produce reports
- Provide technical advice and support to clients
- Assist with the development of junior surveyors
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in building surveying or a related field
- MRICS Certified
- Experience within the higher education sector would be beneficial, but by no means essential
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
