Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum plus benefits

Job Description:
I am looking for a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with mechanical bias to join the team at an FMCG manufacturer in Leeds. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the production line by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery. You will be working on a continental shift pattern, which will require you to work both days and nights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting planned and reactive maintenance on a range of machinery
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on machinery
- Carrying out routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Ensuring that all machinery is running efficiently and safely
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance work carried out Requirements:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with mechanical bias
- Ideally, you will be apprentice trained, holding an NVQ L3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience working in an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults on machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- The correct right to work in the UK, without restriction,
