Role Overview:
As the Offshore Multi-Skilled Maintenance Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in the repair, maintenance, and fault finding of a diverse range of technical equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety standards. Your role will involve onshore management tasks as well as offshore visits, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to adherence to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of technicians in the repair, maintenance, and fault finding of technical equipment to a high standard.
Prepare, review, and challenge RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) to ensure safe working practices.
Adhere to all offshore safety regulations and permit to work systems.
Conduct onshore supervisory and management duties in Grimsby, UK.
Undertake offshore visits to various off and onshore installations within the Energy Sector.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards (18th Edition) and carry out testing and inspection as required.
You must have valid full GWO’s, Bosiet, Valid Medical, and a full driving licence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of electrical experience at supervisory/management level.
Possession of a minimum Level 3 testing and inspection certification.
