Responsibilities:
- Bring instructional design scripts to life through multimedia course content.
- Innovate and captivate with course content using Adobe Captivate.
- Craft stunning graphics and multimedia using Adobe Creative Suite, elevating learning experiences.
- Design multimedia content tailored for AR/VR environments using 3D design tools such as Blender.

Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Experience in 3D and graphic design, video editing, preferably with the Adobe Creative Suite
- A knack for understanding user requirements and transforming them into digital brilliance.
- Understanding of eLearning authoring software (preferably Adobe Captivate)
- Master of visual storytelling, adept at communicating complex concepts through captivating visuals and animations.
- Design aficionado with an impeccable eye for detail.

- Organised, pragmatic, and always hitting those deadlines.
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Business Environment
Lockheed Martin UK – Strategic Systems (LMUK SS) is the single contractor providing specialist Waterfront In-Service Support to one of the Royal Navy's Submarine Programs. The company provides the Ministry of Defence (MoD) with safe, efficient and responsive support. LMUK SS, as part of the ABL Alliance with AWE and Babcock, is also responsible for the management of operations at RNAD Coulport. Looking to the future, LMUK SS supports the joint US and UK submarine design efforts.
