Job description As a Global & multinational Client Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on the servicing and management of insurance programmes for complex multinational organisations. Key responsibilities will include:Building strong relationships with key stakeholders in a portfolio of 3-5 clientsManaging and servicing the day-to-day renewal activitiesDealing with day-to-day client issues, coverage queries, changes to business etcManaging work-flow of a team of client service advisorsCoordinating and managing multiple placements ensuring that brokers are working to the time-frames agreed with the clientYour skills and qualifications will ideally include:Experience of commercial insurance ideally with global exposure dealing with large multinational commercial businessesHave strong time-management skills, be able to prioritise and manage several projectsBe an effective communicatorA strong team player
