New multi-brand footwear store from Naked Wolfe. Housing a curated selection of theworlds leading footwear brands.
The position is a part-time sales associate based in the Kings Road store, approximately 30 hours per week. If you are passionate about sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience, we want to hear from you!
As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, serving as a brand ambassador. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Assessing customers’ needs and providing assistance and information on product features.
- Proactively welcoming customers to the store and answering their queries.
- Achieving personal sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly to contribute to the overall store revenue success.
- "Going the extra mile" to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
- Maintaining and elevating store standards, along with performing any supporting tasks required.
- Remaining knowledgeable about products offered and inspiring customers with available options.
- Cultivating a positive and inclusive working environment.
- Building productive trust relationships with customers and connecting for post-sale communication to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Cultivating VIP clients.
- Complying with inventory control procedures and performing assigned stockroom duties.
