National Account Manager - Real Fruit Snacking Brand London Area £50,000 - £58,000 Car Allowance £5,000 15% Bonus - Paid out the last 5 years Bupa Healthcare Pension from 5% 25 days holiday allowance Hybrid working This is a business with a plan. Created 14 years ago, they are now firmly entrenched in the FMCG food space with their healthy snacking products sold in all major retailers and across the wider retail landscape of the UK. Although they’re number one in their category – fuelled by years of continuous growth – they have an eye on other shores, with growth plans taking them into Europe, the Middle East and USA. Not just that. They’re also looking at expanding their range into other categories and there is no doubt that they will be just as successful there. And we’re looking for a National Account Manager to look after their OOH channel. This company is all about their brand and all about their people – which runs the risk of seeming like a ‘sound bite’ but it’s the real deal. Having supported them for a number of years, we’ve seen many success stories, with people moving upwards in the business and being extremely successful. Training and development is aplenty and you can expect a tailored approach to your own development and to work with some impressive individuals which will only bolster your skillset moving forward. And they have fun too You’ll have your own impressive skillset to bring to the table. With a background in National Accounts, ideally with Top 4 exposure, you’ll be tenacious and focused, driving sales and profitability across your accounts. A natural communicator, you’ll be comfortable dealing with stakeholders across both your client base and your internal teams, working together to deliver P&L and forecasting of assigned accounts in the OOH channel as well as extending the depth & breadth of product ranges.
