National Health & Safety Manager
Due to continued growth our client is looking for an experienced and qualified National Health & Safety Manager to lead building safety management, on a strategic and operational level, across a number of large scale residential developments.
As a National Health and Safety Manager you will be responsible for overseeing daily health and safety operations across multiple building nationally, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures. This is a hybrid role, based in the Manchester with flexibility for some remote work
National Health & Safety Manager key requirements:
- Experience in Health & Safety management
- Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
- Experience of writing H&S policies and procedures
- Experience in property management (PRS / BTR) or the student accommodation industry (PBSA)
- Experience in Safety Training
- NEBOSH certification or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Relevant qualifications in Health and Safety or related fields

Hours of work:
- Mon - Fri 9AM - 5PM (flexible - Core hours 10AM - 4PM)
