Job Description
My Social Housing client is looking for an experienced NEC Northgate Application Support Analyst for afully remotepermanent position with very occasional office visits. Previous experience working either in a Housing Association or a housing system manufacturer is required ideally with experience supporting internal users with NEC Northgate housing management systems. In addition, experience with Business Objects (reporting) & SQL (scripting) is required as is knowledge of Dynamic Resource Scheduler (DRS) repairs scheduling software.
My client, based in South Wales, are able to offer extensive remote working for this role with perhaps 1-2 days per month in the office. In addition to home working my client is able to offer flexible working around start & finish times as well as some flexi-working where you can 'bank' a few days per month.
Ideally, my client is looking for experience providing support with NEC Northgate housing management systems though experience working with other similar applications such as Capita, Civica, Aareon etc can be considered though please extensively demonstrate this experience along with your Business Objects, SQL & DRS experience in your profile.
