Netsuite Finance Lead Birmingham Onsite Job In Birmingham

We are looking for a finance lead resource to help our client to transform their business process from Legacy ERP applications (Sage and Dreams ERP) to NetSuite environment.

Essential Skills are:

• NetSuite ERP,
• NetSuite Finance & Accounting - COA Setup, Currency Management, Accounting Period Setup & Month End Closing, AP & AR Accounting, GL Management, Bank Reconciliation & Accounting Setup, Tax Setup and Management.
• Familier with standard business process like 02C, P2P, Fixed Asset Management.
• Participate and Lead Requirement gathering, performing assessment on the existing business process and providing the solutions/designs to improve the business operations.

Day to day duties include:

• Translating business requirements into functional & technical design documents for NetSuite implementation.
• Participate and Lead Requirement gathering, performing assessment on the existing business process and providing the solutions/designs to improve the business operations.
• Implementing the new process in NetSuite by working with multiple stakeholders like Business Users, C-level executives, leads, technical team and integration team.
• Perform functional gap analysis and providing technical solutions and steer for critical system design.
• Participate with multiple stakeholders to finalize the data migration starategies.
• Co-ordinate with offshore team
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
• Provide expert guidance on Netsuite best practices and optimization strategies.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Netsuite configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Facilitate training sessions for users on Netsuite functionalities and new system features. - Stay updated with the latest Netsuite features and industry trends to recommend improvements
