What you’ll be doing:
As Techno-Functional Consultant (Application Manager), you will be responsible for the full Ashtead Technology ERP environment.
You will partner with the business to understand their needs and requirements from the ERP environment and using your own technical skills or that of a 3rd party, create tangible change within the ERP to meet their needs and create efficiency.
In a nutshell, you are the technical interface that converts our colleagues’ business needs into ERP delivery.
Reporting to the CTO, some of your key responsibilities will be:
- System Management, Upgrades and Implementations – Ensure the system is performant, current and be the technical lead on all implementations activities.
- System Configuration and Customisation – Delivering best practice policies around system governance.
- Integration Management – Oversee all aspects of any 3rd party or SuiteApp integrations
- Testing, Quality Assurance and Support – Ensuring our internal customers enjoy a quality experience in system reliability and support.
- Partner Management – Working alongside and managing the delivery from our strategic partners.
What experience you’ll bring:
This is a great opportunity for a candidate that’s from a development, technical consulting or application management background, that has experience in and enjoys a client & employee facing development role.
Some things that will help you to succeed in this role?
- Demonstrable experience of NetSuite in a technical consulting, development or application management role. (NetSuite OneWorld highly desirable)
- You are highly competent in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, HTML (BFO Freemarker)
- You have broad understanding of business models and business analysis processes
- Excellent communication skill, from shop floor to C-Suite level
