About the role
A Network Delivery Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of standard network services to Node4 clients. This client-facing position involves managing the entire network provisioning process, from order receipt to handover.
The Network Delivery Engineer will be working on the delivery of multiple different client orders at any one time and must be able to organize and prioritise tasks to meet client deliverables.
The primary objective for a Network Delivery Engineer is to accurately process, coordinate, provision, deliver, update and handover client orders. Liaising between the Node4 stakeholders, and the client, keeping all parties regularly updated and responding in a timely manner to all update requests and queries. The Network Delivery Engineer must work internally with Node4 Project Managers, Account Managers and Delivery Teams to successfully deliver Orders to our exceptional standards.

Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Cisco CCNA and/or Juniper JNCIA and/or Fortinet NSE4 (ideally working towards a Professional level qualification)
- Proven track record of supporting or delivering network services including DIA, MPLS, DSL, Ethernet circuits, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls and WiFi in a service provider environment.
- Proficient in the management and allocation of IPv4 addresses & VLANs.
- A working understanding of network protocols at layer-2 and layer-3.
