Home based with occasional London site visits.

Senior Network Engineers Remote working.
Working within a team of IT infrastructure engineers providing user third line technical escalation for operational incidents as well as being involved in small to large size IT infrastructure projects as a senior network engineer.
This role requires experience managing an enterprise size network and possessing a high level of technical knowledge to provide good insight into customer’s server infrastructure.
You will experience both projects and operations tasks in various IT infra technology areas as well as geographic sites, mainly in an IP network and Windows server environment.

EXPERIENCE

1. 3-5 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility.
2. Experience in a fast-paced helpdesk environment is required for this role.
3. Extensive experience in server support, design, and implementation.
4. Experience in a multi-site networked IT environment is required.
5. Extensive experience in Server/Network Security.
6. Implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 SaaS and PaaS Technologies.
7. Experience with cloud services (particularly AWS, Azure, and GCP).
8. Azure Active Directory and Federation services.
9. SAN Storage and Server Experience.
10. Basic networking experience including SD-WAN.

1. Windows OS & Server application experience is necessary.
2. ADFS, Exchange, LAN/WAN, Networking, SD-WAN Storage/SAN, IT Security, Microsoft 365.
3. Possess a solid understanding of general networking technologies and protocols.
4. Experience with Cisco SD-WAN, L3, L2 switches, and WIFI access points.
5. Experience with Palo Alto Firewall.
6. Good documentation skills are required.
7. Good skills in computer network security.
8. Project management skill is an advantage.
9. Skills in networking technologies and protocols are beneficial to the role.
