Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as a IT contract recruiter.
2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferable in the IT industry.
Must be able to proactively seek out new business opportunities.
Must be able to run independent lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.
Must have a passion for solving problems and is customer oriented.
Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced New Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic and growing team. This opportunity would be perfect for an individual with experience as an IT Contract Recruiter but wants the opportunity to upsell other services(Dedicated Managed Services, Cloud Services, AI Solutions) in addition to the recruitment. As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving your own lead generation, identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities for our solutions and services. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
