Our dedicated Construction team within Gallagher Speciality are looking for a New Business Associate to help continue our path of significant growth .We're looking for an enthusiastic insurance professional, someone who wants to advance their career within our specialist insurance function. You will be generating revenue through sales to new and existing complex clients.

The aim is to manage and provide a quality service in respect of clients’ needs to obtain efficient account retention and growth of new business.
Your Role:
- Manage and deliver revenue and EBITDAC from clients as agreed with Divisional management
- Deliver operational goals in line with divisional and corporate standards and seek to improve these.
- Deliver client priorities and ensure that client service and satisfaction are of the highest standard, ensuring client retention.
- Design and agree client and revenue development plans including product and territorial development areas.
- Assist with providing the Operating Company/Division with strategic direction in all aspects of broking
- Find the best placement solution for your clients in the market. Build quality-marketing material to be presented to your clients.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Specialist technical insurance knowledge within the required class of business and a track record for analysis of risk against market and underwriters' requirements.
- Robust knowledge of general insurance (London Market / Lloyd’s and Industry) products and services including underlying legal principles and practices
- Confidence negotiating and influencing using business insight, proactive in risk management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to interpret data with accuracy and present findings articulately.
- Innovative approach in problem solving with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Authentic communication skills for varying audience, comfortable and credible at decision-maker level.
- Continually build and sustain a successful and fruitful network by expertly and tactfully managing relationships.
- Eligible to work in the UK
