TSR Legal are working with a leading national law firm in their search for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Solicitor to join their Reading team.

The firm are widely recognised and they are highly accredited and feature as a top tier firm in the Legal 500. The firm boast a team of specialised lawyers with whom you’ll work closely with on a day-to-day basis.
Ideally you will have around 3+ years PQE in Commercial Law.

The ideal candidate will have experience in:

- Commercial awareness and good financial acumen
- Strong drafting skills

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Willingness to get involved and assist with practices and sector development
- Excellent IT skills
- Committed to rigour around treating all clients fairly
- Focused on attributing dedication, determination and loyalty to colleagues, clients and communities
- Able to demonstrate continuous development and diversity in thinking
- Understands and complies with Information Security responsibilities commensurate with this role including Data Protection and the duty of confidentiality
