The firm is seeking an ambitious NQ / Junior solicitor specialising in employment law.
This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified – 2 years PQE to join a busy team on a permanent basis. Working within employment law the successful candidate will cover varied areas including HR matters, tribunal claims and dismissal of senior executives.
Responsibilities
- HR disciplinary and grievance
- Settlement agreements
- Employment tribunal claims
- Delivering employment law training
- Restructuring and redundancy
- Appeals
The Candidate
- Qualified solicitor NQ – 2PQE
- Knowledge and experience in employment law
- Confident working on own caseload
- Strong communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- IT literate
- Passionate for personal development
