Clinical Negligence - Newly Qualified Solicitor - Up to £38,000 - Manchester

The Role
Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence team, it is now seeking to appoint an experienced Litigation Executive to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience of handling a Clinical Negligence caseload including sound drafting skills of legal documents.
The role will involve assisting Solicitors and Senior Solicitors in the running of a caseload of Clinical Negligence cases from inception to Trial. You will be working on both pre-litigation and litigated work.
The Candidate
- Experience of handling a Clinical Negligence caseload
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and timescales
- Ability to work to client SLAs and KPIs
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Excellent written, organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
