Position: Newly Qualified Solicitor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £60,000
A highly regarded Top 100 law firm are now looking to grow both their Corporate and Banking and Finance departments with the addition of New Qualified Solicitors. Our client offers exposure to top-tier work and is at the forefront of the Legal market in the region.
The successful candidate will have trained at a reputable firm with a strong academic background.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload with precision and diligence, from initial instruction through to conclusion.
- Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Document Preparation: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments to provide integrated legal solutions.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated with legal developments and maintain high standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong academic background.
- Admission to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) or equivalent governing body.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse and demanding caseload effectively.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
