Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ - 3)
Our client is a highly reputable Legal 500 firm who offers a full range of services. They now seek a construction (non-contentious) solicitor to join their specialist Construction team based in Edinburgh.
Offering real career progression prospects and a friendly working environment, you will be involved in a wide variety of non-contentious construction matters. This will includeadvising on contracts, meeting with clients, collateral warranties, and the construction aspects of agreements for lease, development agreements and funding agreements.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 year’s PQE, be commercially minded and have gained solid transactional construction experience. At NQ level, you will have completed at least a 6-month seat within your firm's Construction team. A keen interest or exposure to business development would also be highly advantageous.
