As new partners, they are committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment, placing a strong emphasis on mental health and well-being for the entire team. With a loyal and loving client base, predominantly focused on dogs and cats with some exotics, there is ample opportunity for growth and development. They currently boast a great team of experienced veterinarians, nurses, and support staff, and are seeking a friendly addition to our team.
What They're Looking For:
Ideally, you will have a few years of experience, although they welcome applications from veterinarians at all stages of their career.
Confidence in routine surgeries and sole charge situations (Saturdays only). However, if you prefer a consult-only role, they're open to discussing possibilities.
Ideally, you'd work a 4-day week with full-time hours, but they understand the need for flexibility and are open to discussing alternative arrangements.
Competitive salary up to £55,000 (FTE) based on experience.

Opportunity to undertake certificates supported by the practice.
No out-of-hours work, with a 1 in 5 Saturday rota.
Generous holiday allowance, increasing with service, and additional birthday leave.
Regular clinical meetings and team gatherings to foster effective communication.
Mentoring from a current CertAVP certificate holder with a surgical interest.
Paid memberships, CPD support, and company discounts.
Well-managed diary to ensure adequate administrative time and breaks.

RCVS accredited and silver ISFM accreditation.
