Job Description:

· Actively headhunting candidates within the Norwegian Buildings & Property market

  •  Grow and maintain relationships network of qualified individuals specialising in your skillset
  •  Deliver exciting talent to existing clients where we have frameworks and retained business
  •  Target and introduce to other business in the Norwegian Buildings & Property market looking to grow in partnership together with Thor’s Business Development Function
  • Use information already on CRM system to regenerate candidates
  • Find and add new candidates using referrals, LinkedIn and other tools
  • Identify market trends which will allow a higher success rate from our contact
  • Be a positive influence on the team environment through embracing and creating new initiatives to drive sales
  • Display a cultural understanding of Norwegian behaviours
  • Strive to become the go-to consultant in the market and consistently strive to grow Thor’s already positive reputation

Requirements 

  •  Previous recruitment experience. In the infrastructure or energy sector is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  •  Ambition, the ability to self-start, and a strong competitive nature.
