If you are an NQ-3 year PQE Property Finance Solicitor who is seeking a new opportunity then this could be the perfect role for you!
My Client is seeking someone to join the team who has experience of acting for lenders and with experience of preparing security documents etc.
The firm is on many panels and you will undertake a good quality of work with great clients. Theyhave considerable expertise in both investment and development property lending and offer a full service including the preparation of facility letters, loan agreements and security documentation.
This is a fantastic opportunity in a Boutique law firm in Covent Garden.
They offer a great work/life balance with a 1200 billable hours target and no-one is in the office after around 6.30pm.
You can work from home 3 days a week and there is a bonus on offer which is linked to how much you bill.
