Full time , Permanent Northampton Competitive Ref No: IPRS6856 Our client has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic newly qualified Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join a specialist team in their expanding Corporate & Commercial team. Utilising your skills and expertise in this field, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality, client-focused advice and manage a complex caseload covering all aspects of corporate & commercial transactions.The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with some or all of the following –Responsibilities• Mergers and acquisitions acting for private equity and owner managed businesses• Share structure reorganisation and restructuring• EMIS and EBTs• Shareholder agreements Banking & finance• Wide range of commercial contracts including sale of goods and provision of services• Meeting firm set billing targets• Participating in business development initiativesThe Candidate• Technical proficiency in corporate & commercial law is essential• Possesses excellent communication and client care skills• Works well when under pressure to meet tight deadlines• Strives for high standards in their work• Is personable, professional and detail orientated• A team player with a desire for professional development• Is ambitious and looking for a role with good prospects in a friendly teamIn return, you will be given the chance to work with high quality work within a well-respected and established firm.
