ROLE: NQ Family Solicitor
LOCATION: Liverpool

My client, a well-established law firm, is currently seeking a dedicated and ambitious Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team. Renowned for their professionalism and commitment to excellence, my client offers a supportive work environment and ample opportunities for career advancement.
In this role, the successful candidate will report directly to the Head of Department and will be tasked with providing comprehensive legal advice on a diverse range of Family and Children law matters. Key responsibilities include:
• Offering expert guidance on various Family law issues, encompassing both private and public cases.
• Demonstrating efficient time-management skills to handle a varied caseload.
• Representing clients in court hearings, as well as attending other off-site obligations.
• Crafting legal documents and court applications with precision and accuracy.
• Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Contributing actively to the firm's growth and development initiatives.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in advising on Family matters.
• Strong time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads.
• Desirable advocacy experience.
• Knowledge of Legal Aid procedures.
• Genuine passion for the field of Family law.
• Commercially minded with a proactive and 'can do' attitude.
