NQ Private Client Solicitor - Reading

A premier law firm in Thames Valley are currently seeking a NQ Solicitor to join their renowned Legal 500 Private Client team, which has been consistently highly recommended by Chambers UK and The Legal 500. The team is know as one of the strongest in the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with a caseload of clients in conjunction with solicitors in the team and the Department Manager
• Estate planning, including the preparation of wills and advising on lifetime giving.
• Probate and estate administration, including advising on deeds of variation.
• Preparation of lasting powers of attorney.
• Advising on the creation, administration, and termination of trusts.

Requirements:

• Completion of at least one training seat in Private Client, with a strong interest in joining this dynamic and growing area.

Salary £40,000 - £50,000
