Agriculture and Estate Solicitor - Northampton with hybrid working
Client
A Top 60 UK law firm where you will be given the opportunity to develop a real specialism in the agriculture sector within a growing nationally recognised team.
Role
- Good quality work in all types of transactional matters including sales, purchases, and mortgages.
- Advise clients on estate management, agricultural tenancies and tax and succession planning.
- Work closely with the Private Client team to provide a wraparound services for clients
- Act for some of the largest landowners in the country,
- Be part of a market leading Agriculture and Estates team
You
- NQ-4 years PQEwith a passion for the agricultural industry, and some exposure to rural property work previously.
- Able to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills
- Demonstrates teamwork and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail
