NQ Solicitor - Investment & Development

Our client, a well-respected and forward-thinking Law firm, is looking to recruit an NQ Solicitor to work in the Investment and Development Practice within their Real Estate group based in Exeter. You will work across a number of areas including investment acquisitions, disposal and asset management work, private residential and commercial development. The role will also include advising a varied set of clients across private and public sector.
NQ Solicitor responsibilities include: -
- Involvement in all property aspects of development and regeneration schemes.
- Undertaking a mix of property work for developers, investors, social housing providers, government bodies, local authorities, and private sector bodies.
- Portfolio sales and acquisitions.
- Advising on management agreements, grant agreements and other forms of commercial contracts.
- Providing assistance on Real Estate finance work including preparing CLLS certificates of Title and managing conditions precedent.
- Project management.
NQ Solicitor requirements include: -
- Qualified solicitor with training seat completed in Real Estate.
- Proven ability to take responsibility, manage and progress matters independently where appropriate.
- Strong client focus and a commitment to service delivery.
- Commercial awareness.
- Credibility.
- Solid academic record.
