Junction is currently seeking an energetic and highly-motivated individual to contribute to the team as a Nurse Practitioner. The Nurse Practitioner will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide medical care and therapeutic services to young people aged 12 to 25 with a focus on young people who are homeless or otherwise disadvantaged.

Post graduate qualifications in Primary Healthcare, Paediatric/Youth Health, Mental Health, Sexual and Reproductive Health is desirable and current Australian Nurse Practitioner registration and endorsement as a nurse practitioner is required.
Junction Youth Health Service (The Junction) provides multidisciplinary, primary healthcare to young people aged 12 to 25 years. The Junction has developed a highly effective model over this time which focuses on engaging marginalised young people by delivering flexible and holistic services in a relaxed, inclusive, and youth-friendly environment. Services are provided from our drop-in centre in Civic, and in more recent years from North and South Canberra locations via our Mobile Outreach Van.
