Based near Southend-on-Sea in Essex and established in 1995 we have long been renowned for our high quality and unique children's photography services.
We are a small team of friendly, dedicated portrait photographers who love making sure the experience of being photographed is a fun one for them.
We are seeking a new member to join our friendly team of photographers to provide this service around the Essex / Kent / South London area
Desirable applicants must be enthusiastic, patient, and able to communicate with people of all ages in a friendly and professional manor.
Being an early year's photographer is the perfect role for someone who loves being around young children, is confident in working independently, a problem solver and not afraid to be a bit silly every now and again to make our little subjects feel comfortable around them!
To qualify for the role, you must have full UK driving license, access to own car and clear an enhanced DBS Check.
This position is open to freelance photographers and people with no experience as full, onsite training will be provided.
We will supply you with a camera (if needed), backdrops, stands, lights props, etc. This will include full initial training with ongoing training and support.
WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS
Commuting safely to the shoot via your car.
Setting up the session.
Photographing all the children at the nursery.
Edit and back up images
Upload the images to our server.
HOURS AND PAY
Due to the nature of our business, we have very busy and quiet seasons throughout the year. Seasons peak between May- middle of July and then again from mid-September through to the end of November. There will be little or no work outside these times .
Early starts may be required for this role.
Most settings we cover have a start time between 8am- 9am arrival to destination.
Salary: £100- £130 a day- Depending on time of size of the shoot.
Car mileage allowance will also be paid.
Ideally 3-5 days a week excluding weekends.
