A position has become available for a Deputy Nursery Manager at a independent childrens day nursery in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.

Position Overview
Your role and responsibilities will include:
Assisting the Nursery Manager in overseeing the monitoring, assessment, and development of the nursery setting
Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment
Supporting and promoting equality and diversity throughout all areas of practice
Promoting and ensuring the provision of outstanding childcare
Assisting with training and appraisals
What you will need:
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
Confidence in leading and supporting practitioners
An ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational and skills
