A fantastic opportunity has arisen an experienced Nursery Manager to take a hands-on approach in the day-today management of our clients Ofsted rated Good setting. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager to grow and develop this lovely, smaller setting, located in the coastal town of Formby.

Our Nursery Managers Key Duties will include:
Oversee day-to-day operations within the setting with a hands-on and collaborative approach, maintaining high standards of care and education
Support and lead the childcare team whilst promoting staff development through role modelling and best practices
Champion engaging and ambitious curriculum delivery for optimal learning and development and high levels of learning outcomes for all children
Develop strong & positive relationships with parents/carers and outside agencies
Promote nursery values and implement nursery policies
Ensure the safety of all children, adhering to Health and Safety and Safeguarding legislation
Work with the directors to develop and grow the setting
Essential Skills & Experience Required for the Nursery Manager Role:
Proactive with experience of leading, motivating and developing others
Commitment to the team, supporting colleagues to work together to ensure continuous improvement
Enthusiastic, professional and creative
Great planning, organising and time management skills
Knowledge and understanding of Ofsted requirements, with commitment to child protection and health & safety
Minimum level 3 Childcare/Early Years diploma (required)
Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, DBS
