Nursery Manager
White City - London
Full time permanent role - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
£38,000 to £52,500 per annum dependent upon experience

Job role
Ensure that every child receives a high level of care and is in a safe environment.
Deliver stimulating methods of learning to help shape individual needs, in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
Lead a team of exceptional people towards a common goal.
Managing staff
Attending meetings
Budgeting
Help develop a high performing team.
Producing reports
Building strong relationships with parents, colleagues, children, and external partners
Essential experience
Must have experience of working as a Nursery Manager or a Deputy Manager or similar.
Be a confident leader.
Experience in successfully participated in Ofsted with good or outstanding outcomes.
Must be level 3 qualified or above
