Nursery Manager Contract:  Full time position, Monday to Friday between 7.30 am to 6.00 pm to work. Job Types:  Full-time, Permanent Schedule:  Day shift, Monday to Friday Location:  Leicester – Meridian Salary:  £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year About you Do you want to work in a modern and exciting work environment? Essentials skills and qualification include: Nursery management experience (3+ years) A strong record of on-going training and/or professional qualifications Able to lead by example, providing the highest quality childcare, whilst providing support and leadership to the staff team Minimum full and relevant LEVEL 3 in Early Years and Education A customer service approach, being willing to go above and beyond for families Responsibilities include: Day to day management of the Nursery Building strong and positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues Maintaining the highest standards of quality within the nursery Complete CPD to continuously up-skill and provide the best practice in your setting, & cascade this learning to your team Actively promote your setting to new and potential families Make sure the setting’s policies and procedures are adhered to at all times Deliver rich learning opportunities and exceptional care that helps young children to develop and flourish Working in partnership with other professionals to ensure all individual needs are met and all • children are able to reach their full potential Benefits Package Competitive salary, reviewed annually, plus great bonus package Great holiday entitlement Successful candidates will be offered an Extensive Induction Programme On-the-job training, and access to online training platform Growing company with great career prospects Pension plans Discount on childcare Recommend a friend reward scheme Access to Company Counselling services
