We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join lovely nursery in Fulham. The ideal candidate will have a hands on management style, excellent knowledge and understanding EYFS curriculum and be an inspirational team leader The nursery has a broad nursery curriculum catering to children from 3 months to preschool. They provide a warm and nurturing environment in which each child can flourish and reach their full potential. The nursery is looking for an ambitious, passionate stronger leader. You will need to have the ability to laugh smile and have fun along with the children. The nursery is passionate to find a nursery manager who is enthusiastic and has a real love for working in a team alongside the children and their families. The role
- To be responsible for the overall management, planning and development of the Nursery To create an environment which provides for the well-being of all the children attending the nursery To lead, motivate and develop the staff team To identify training requirements for all team members.
