Requirements Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Previous experience working in a nursery setting is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and its implementation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues. A compassionate and caring attitude towards children's well-being and development. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
