At Hays, we are seeking a nursery teacher to join a school in East Birmingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment for our young learners.What you'll need to succeed
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide regular feedback to parents and carers.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other school events as required.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience working with children aged 3–4 years old.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
