The role
The Nutritionist / Head of Nutrition is a new, key role, leading and overseeing the nutritional expertise within the business, leading our team of Nutritional Therapists and our practitioner education programme, and is part of the "heads of" team delivering our business strategy.
The role leads the research and free nutrition advice that has served over 120,000 customers, supporting women and men through all stages of life, in particular in women’s health and menopause, gut health and digestion, managing stress and sleep, and much more.
Our team are passionate about supporting customers, whatever their diet (90% of our customers are not vegan), consumers, practitioners, and retailers, providing nutrition and lifestyle education and advice, and impartial dietary and supplement recommendations.
The Nutritionist / Head of Nutrition represents the nutritional expertise the brand stands for and how we inspire and support consumers and customers through our products, leads the team in the latest research and product development, and in delivering inspiring education and support for practitioners. As a new role, it is an opportunity for the right candidate to shape it to their vision.

Industry expert: A respected industry expert with extensive knowledge in nutrition (may include medicine and pharmacy), always keeping up to date on research into nutrition and ingredients in the UK and beyond, aware of industry and competitor developments, with a passion to support consumers and others within the business.
Customer focused: You love hearing from and talking to customers and practitioners, you are passionate about learning about the latest research and trends, and sharing insights into how ingredients can help consumers reach their goals.
Excellent communicator: You are equally comfortable talking to camera for social media and hosting customer Q&As as you are presenting to colleagues, practitioners, peers and retailers, one-to-one, in groups and at nutrition and pharmacy trade shows, adapting your communication and content for different audiences.
Purpose driven: Passionate about giving consumers a better choice, providing the highest quality advice and supplements suitable for their needs, an innovator with a finger on the pulse of consumer and industry trends, and can translate this into NPD, better information and resources, and delivery of best-in-class service.
Thought leader who makes things happen: You are someone who thrives on working with people, building a network of collaborative relationships both internally and externally, and working in a team to deliver highly effective information, tools and services.
