*Warehouse Operative - Bicester - Full Time, Permanent*
*Location: OX26 6GF*
* Starting rate - £10.75 per hour * Night shift premium (between the hours of 10pm and 6am) - plus £2.00 per hour * Freezer premium for all hours worked - plus £0.80 per hour * Overtime paid at basic x 1.25 We are preparing to open our new, high-tech warehouse in Bicester and we are excited to offer recruitment opportunities for Warehouse Operatives who want to be a part of our future. *This isn't just an ordinary warehouse* We use innovative and state-of-the-art technology, and joining us as a Warehouse Operative means you’ll be working for the world’s largest and fastest-growing online grocery retailer in a safe, clean, fast-paced, warehouse environment. Our first employees will play a critical role in getting the site ready to operate. This means initially you will be a general warehouse operative working in our Inbound team; unpacking, inspecting, and scanning our storage totes ahead of taking deliveries, and receiving and decanting goods into the totes. There is no need to have any previous experience as you will receive full training, but you will need to have a good level of fitness, be able to work in multiple temperatures,
