Meridian Business Support is currently recruitingfor a highly reputable care home who is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist based in Ely.
An experienced Occupational Therapist will work with patients on individualised plans of care, facilitating group sessions and 1:1 sessions to provide occupational engagement and enrichment.
Your Role as an Occupational Therapist,will include but not be limited to
Provide a high-quality assessment and treatment programme for the patients that you work with in line with their needs and strengths in a recovery focused manner, whilst also keeping the patient safe.
Good time management, motivation, and interpersonal skills are required alongside an appropriate professional Occupational Therapy degree.
Requirements
Hold a degree/diploma in Occupational Therapist or an equivalent qualification
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Post graduate experience working as an Occupational Therapist and working within an inpatient / outpatient setting
Prior evidence of study or intent to study at masters level
Effective communicator regarding patient care
