As an Ocean Import Coordinator, you will be a key player in managing the ocean import process, ensuring the timely and compliant movement of goods from international origins to their final destinations. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, carriers, customs officials, and internal teams, to ensure a smooth import operation.

Responsibilities:
Clearance: Get shipments cleared through through CDS whilst complying with customs regulations.
Docs: Review and prepare import paperwork.
Tracking: Monitor shipments and update everyone involved.
Communication: Maintaining an open line of communication with clients, shipping lines & overseas agents throughout the shipment.
Fix Issues: rectify shipment problems and delays whilst providing an outstanding customer service.
Data: Keep accurate records of shipments.
Help Clients: Answer client questions and keep them updated.
Teamwork: Work with our team and partners for smooth operations.
