Location: Manchester City Centre

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday, Office-Based

Our client, a rapidly expanding professional services firm, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Professional. This position offers an opportunity to significantly impact the operational efficiency of the Manchester office, working closely with the Office Executive lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Ensure seamless office operations through efficient management of facilities, postal duties, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead anti-money laundering (AML) checks, draft engagement letters, and support Know Your Customer (KYC) and risk assessments to facilitate smooth client integration.
  • Meeting Coordination: Oversee scheduling, manage meeting room bookings, and handle visitor arrangements and hospitality with precision.
  • Presentation Development: Assist in the creation of high-quality presentations and proposals, ensuring adherence to corporate branding standards.
  • General Administration: Manage invoicing, format presentations, draft corporate correspondence, and provide comprehensive administrative support.
  • Travel Management: Coordinate occasional travel to other company offices, with all expenses covered.
  • HR Support: Assist the Operations Director with human resources tasks, including documentation, training coordination, onboarding, and staff induction.
  • Event and CSR Coordination: Organise corporate events and contribute to the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  • Health & Safety Oversight: Fulfil health and safety duties, including First Aid and Fire Warden responsibilities.
  • Operational Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate reports to the Operations Director, maintaining transparency and accountability.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a professional services administrative role.
  • A qualification in Business Administration is advantageous.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Dependable, confident, and positive demeanour.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Robust IT skills, encompassing both hardware and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
