Key Responsibilities


Inventory Management Administration:


  1. Become a super user of the inventory management system.
  2. Maintain the inventory management system, including inputting inventory movements.
  3. Process shipping and receiving of products.
  4. Raise purchase orders.
  5. Manage CRM products, updating product information as needed.
  6. Coordinate delivery of parcels and accept deliveries.
  7. Maintain open book project information on the inventory management system.
  8. Facilitate stock transfers and repairs.
  9. Assist with stock takes when required.

Day-to-Day Office Management:


  1. Ensure the smooth running of the showroom.
  2. Keep the drinks fridge replenished.
  3. Maintain the showroom for tours at all times.
  4. Arrange necessary maintenance.
  5. Support the sales team with meeting arrangements.
  6. Order cleaning products and handle office building maintenance.
  7. Assist with HR paperwork.
  8. Handle other adhoc requests.

Desired Skills and Experience

  1. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Preferably experience working in a small company environment.
  4. Experience with Autotask is a plus.
  5. Highly organised and responsible for meeting deadlines.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year


Working Hours: 8am-4pm/9am-5pm
