Currently looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to join a rapidly growing start up company within the financial and environmental sector. You will need to 'wear many hats' and have a proactive approach to support a small but busy office.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage incoming deliveries and coordinate distribution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the investment team, including booking flights and hotels.
- Plan and organize company events to foster team engagement and collaboration.
- Assist in scheduling committee meetings across various teams within the company.
- Support the on-boarding process for new employees, as the company is rapidly expanding to approximately 55 employees globally.
- Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks as they arise.
- Take minutes during select meetings.
- Oversee front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
- Manage contracts with mobile providers and ensure they are up to date.
- Participate in health and safety (H&S) and risk assessment processes.
- Assist in the recruitment process for a new Marketing role.

- A positive, "can-do" attitude with a proactive approach to work.
- Highly organised and efficient in managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment where some processes may still be in development.
- Appreciate that some tasks may be ad-hoc and require a “roll your sleeves up” mentality.
- Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager
- Initiative-driven, with the ability to take ownership and complete tasks effectively.
